 1.  Please make sure that all email settings have been properly set.Make sure you do not use Caps Lock when typing Username/ Password
.
Make sure that the email account you are trying to set up is already created into cPanel.
Make sure that you type in your whole email into username field (info@domain.gr)
.
Make sure that "Server requires authentication" is checked

2.  All the above settings are set correctly but your email still doesn't work properly?
Please change your incoming & outgoing mail servers from mail.yourdomain.com to your IP address (you can find your IP address into your “New Hosting Account Information” message from SigmaWeb).

 3.  Do you receive emails but you cannot send?
One of the most common reasons is that ISP blocks port 25. By changing the port to 26, you resolve the problem. Another reason is "My server requires authentication" setting is not checked. Please, always check that box.

 4.  Can you send emails but you cannot receive?
You may have exceeded your email account's limits or your web hosting space. Delete old mails or upgrade your hosting account.

 5.  Do you receive an alert "please enter your username and password for the following server"?
You have exceeded the limit of emails check per hour. Please, reduce the frequency (not less than every 10 minutes).

 6.  Do you receive alerts like "The server responded: 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA"?
Confirm that "Server requires authentication" is checked to resolve the problem.
