To secure all hosting accounts, Sigmaweb's servers may block the transmission of some kind of files such as .bat .src .exe. To avoid this situation, please zip the files. You may also check that your file attached do not exceed 10mb (from mail clients) and 2mb (from webmail). 
Sort of files you can send unzipped are: .gif .jpg .html .pdf .doc
