To prevent violation of your website, servers automatically block the IP which seems responsible for multiple false login attempts (cpanel login, pop3 email login) or multi-threadded ftp client.
Reporting message may be:
Your connection to this server has been blocked in the firewall.
You need to contact SigmaWeb Support Dept. for further information.
Your blocked IP address is ΧΧ.ΧΧ.ΧΧ.ΧΧ
After a while, your IP address will automatically be unblock but you have to make sure you are using the right Username/ Password.
For immediate unblocking use the following steps:
- Log in as a Client
- Support > Unblock IP > Search for and Unblock, at the new menu
