• Log in to cPanel, select MySQL Databases> Create New Database
• New Database: Name the Database and then press "Create Database". A short message will confirm you added a new database. Then, press Go Back to continue with the settings "MySQL Users",  "Add New User"
• Name the user, you set a password and select "Create User". A short message will confirm you created a user. Then, press "Go Back" to continue with the settings "Add User To Database"
• Add user into the database and then press “Add”. To the new window opened, select “All Privileges” and confirm by pressing "Make Changes"
• Database and user have been created and also paired.
